As all items are bespoke made, no refunds or exchanges are applicable.

We are happy to exchange/change any chain to achieve the correct length.

If any aspect of the item is incorrect we will work with you to resolve the issue.

All engraving spelling will be confirmed via email, and any mistakes in spelling are not the responsibility of Stephen Alan's Jewellers.

This is not in conflict with the consumer rights act 2015.

Once we receive your order, it will be forwarded to our workshop where Dean, our goldsmith can see any special requests or changes you'd like.

You'll then be sent a confirmation email with the items' details, including engraving details - please check this thoroughly as you are responsible for any miss-spelling.

After you've confirmed that all the details are corret, the creation process of your encapsulated ashes jewellery can begin. During this time, we'll send you an ashes packet (unless you've stated otherwise) to return to us with your loved ones ashes.

Upon completion of your peice, you'll receive a dispatch confirmation with tracking numbers.

This process can take 8-10 weeks as all items are created to order depending on the unique nature of the design.
