Made from 925 hallmarked silver measuring approximately 13.5mm/13.5mm supplied on a trace chain
Return & Refund policy.
As all items are bespoke made no refunds or exchanges are applicable.
We are happy to exchange/ change any chain to achieve the correct length.
If any aspect of the item is incorrect we will work with you to resolve the issue.
All engraving spelling will be confirmed via email any mistakes in spelling are not the responsability of Stephen Alan's Jewellers.
This is not in conflict with the consumer rights act 2015.
shipping Info
Upon receiving your order, it will be forwarded to our workshop where Dean our goldsmith can see any special request or changes that are needed to the item, We will then send a confirmation email with all the items detail including engraving (please check this thoroughly as you are responsible for any miss-spelling)
The piece will then start to be created.
We will send you out an ashes packet unless stated otherwise.
Upon item completion we will send you a dispatch confirmation with tracking numbers for your item.
This process can take 8-10 weeks as all items are created to order depending on the unique nature of the design.
All items are shipped Royal mail first class signed for and tracked
